Consuming at least 2 servings of fish weekly reduced serious heart disease such as heart attacks and also reduced total mortality. This effect was seen best with the consumption of oily fish which are high in Omega 3. In the Sicilian Secret Diet Plan we  recommend a Pesco-Mediterranean Diet, which is a plant rich diet with the consumption of fish at least 3 times a week.
