Sicily is the home of many Centenarians. Centenarians are people that live to be over 100 years old and supercentenarians are those that live beyond 110 years of age. It is our deepest conviction, after caring for many patients and having studied the lifestyle and diets of Sicilian Centenarians, that there is a way of eating and living that promotes health that is truly a better and more enjoyable way of experiencing life.

Our mission is to inspire wellness by introducing our readers to the many and wonderful benefits of the Mediterranean Sicilian Secret Diet. As Physicians and healers, we have been committed to teaching our patients the benefits of food as medicine and with pride we have worked on writing a diet plan supported by science and 3000 years of healthy nutrition. Our 30 day diet plan focuses mostly on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and olive oil as the primary fat; it encourages and supports a complete lifestyle change that is easily attainable that involves moderate exercise,a good night sleep and meaningful relationships.
We can get all the nutrients our bodies need by eating a variety of nutritious food. Supplements are beneficial when we cannot consistently need a healthy balanced diet. In our store you can find a guide on how to use supplements safely and wisely.
The origin of the word diet comes from the greek word “diaita” which means lifestyle.
The Sicilian Secret Diet is a lifestyle plan. It includes a delicious and healthy mediterrenean diet that encourages and embraces daily exercise, meditation and connection with others. Creating balance is an easier way to accomplish and maintain success and foster longevity.

The very impressive duo, Dr. Giovanni Campanile ( a functional cardiologist ) and Sandra Cammarata ( a psychiatrist and chef ) share some great simple recipes and dietary guidelines as well as reminders to breath, disconnect from our devices in a ritualistic manner (ie an hour or two before bed), and have a wee bit of dark chocolate!
